Join us for this 4-part workshop series specifically designed for beginner yogis! In this workshop, we will learn about the basic introductory concepts in yoga to help you develop your own confidence and support a developing self-practice. This is a great affordable option for those looking to get one-on-one instruction for their yoga practice.

Course Schedule:

Tuesday, October 22nd, 6 pm: Sun Salutations Breathing Techniques and Correct Forward-Folding

Thursday, October 24th, 6 pm: Open Hip Standing Postures + Balancing

Tuesday, October 29th, 6 pm: Closed Hip Standing Postures + Backbend Safety

Thursday, October 31st, 9 am: Seated Postures + Savasana + Using Props to improve your practice
