Individual Bookings
Salted Roots requires full payment at the time of booking, but can offer a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, or if the check-in date is at least 30 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No changes or refunds for cancellations within 7 days of check-in.
Buyouts
For full-property buyouts, Salted Roots collects a 50% deposit the time of booking, and the remaining 50% is collected 120 days prior to the buyout. Buyouts are non-refundable within 120 days of the property rental.
